| DO NOT MOVE HERE.There are two phases to Milestone, phase 1 and Phase 2.Phase 1 has electric heating and 2 has gas.We live in 2 and have averaged a gas bill of $150.00 in the winter months.The windows and doors are terriable.The overall construction of the apartments is poor.Management is very hard to work with.We have had a request for repairs in for 3 weeks and it still is not fixed.I have called the office a total of 9 times.This is a heating issue and I have two children under the age of 1.5.Management has been no help. The curb appeal of the community is beautiful but it is all SURFACE.This is from the community to the office staff. We can hear everytime our upstairs neighbors turn on their water.it sounds like someone is beating on our wall.When they walk it is as if they are in our apartment walking.POOR CONSTRUCTION! |
