 Everything seems to be good, parking sucks, so many cars for so few apartments.No real problems with maintance issuses.It is an extra $50 bucks a month for a 6 month lease that I don't understand but what can you do?Don't hear noise from next door or above us that is nice.Small dumpter is aways overflowing outside.
