| Recent Review: | | Dog feces everywhere & no cleanup, unhealthy & unsanitary. Improper lighting & problem parking for residents. Laundry room rather dirty. You pay for repairs but no reimbursement for same, however, they conveniently charge you for unknown items. Do recommend for any reason at all; best to go someplace else. |

| Recent Review: | | Everything seems to be good, parking sucks, so many cars for so few apartments.No real problems with maintance issuses.It is an extra $50 bucks a month for a 6 month lease that I don't understand but what can you do?Don't hear noise from next door or above us that is nice.Small dumpter is aways overflowing outside. |
