| Recent Review: | | Terribly small, no closet space, maintenance is slow to respond, loud music from below, above and both sides of my apartment. I feel the base through my floors and walls. Snow removal is rediculous - maintenance dumps the snow on your car. No washers and dryers except for every fifth building and then you are lucky if they work. There is never any parking, I park 3 lots away sometimes.People have been shot here.There are really bad kids and college kids in this complex. When we moved in, the cabinets were falling off of their hinges, we had to fix them ourselves. The carpet is awful, there are stains on the ceiling - water leaks? |

| Recent Review: | | Yeah, its in a great location between 295 and 495 and there's a beautiful old-style shopping complex and park within walking distance.Old Greenbelt is one of the best places in PG County.However, the management here is horrible.The ceilings/floors between apartments are paper thin andwe had a noise problem with an extremely inconsiderate upstairs neighbor for 6 months and nothign was done about it so we were forced to demand to be let out of our lease for the sake of our sanity and my studies.i had other neighbors that were very nice who i never had a problem with but beware if you have any problems the leasing office is not going to be helpful.If you have to deal with anyone named Johanna run. |
