 The property management does a lot of community service and supports the local school immensely.They're very polite and work with the local police department to ensure the safety of its residents.The maintenance of the grounds is good, but the maintenance of the apartments is not good.The quality isn't there.Additionally, I've received annual rent increases every year of about 5% each year in the three years I've been there, and haven't seen the value of the increase.
