| Recent Review: | | Unfortunately,this apartment complex expects big bucks but offers nothing.The rent is too high to say ammenties are non-existent.You do not get a dishwasher or even moden appliances.There is no central heat/air.The apartments are freezing in winter and blazing hot in summer.They actually expect you to pay to bring in an airconditioner!If you want to get high rent payments, you must make people feel that they are getting something out of the deal.This is marketing 101.Ager Road isn't getting it. |

| Recent Review: | | Please read all of the reviews!They all are telling the truth!I have lived in 2 apartments buildings before I moved here...and in one apartment building I lived near the trash room and I never seen a roach or mouse.But at Avondale Overlook it's just plain nasty.Please DONT make the mistake and move those apartments.The Maintenance staff sucks, The Rental Office staff sucks...and the building.Then they have the nerve to have a contest for a free month's rent or a 1000...$hit they should be paying the residents to live there.Please dont Move here! |

| Recent Review: | | I HAVE NEVER LIVED WITH MICE.NOW THEY ARE PETS.FROM DAY ONE THEY WERE IN RESIDENT.MANAGE ARE NICE ON THE PHONE, BUT DON'T LOOK FOR THEM.THEY TRY ONCE OR TWICE HOPING THAT WILL SHUT YOU UP.AFTER THAT THEY JUST TAKE YOUR PHONE CALLS AND NEVER SHOW.YOU MIGHT PUT DOWN POISON, BUT THEY DIE WHERE YOU CAN'T FIND THEM.THEN YOU HAVE TO PUT DOWN DISINFECTANT TO CUT DOWN ON THE SMELL OF DECAYING MICE.OCCASSIONALLY YOU MIGHT FIND ONE LAYING IN THE MIDDLE ON THE FLOOR.CHARMING WHEN COMPANY COMES OVER. HOUSEKEEPING IS A JOKE.THEY HAVE CHANGED CLEANING CONTRACTOR AT LEAST 3 TIMES IN LESS THAN A YEAR.YOU HAVE TO CLEAN THE HALLS YOURSELF.THEY MIGHT SWEEP THE HALLS ONCE A WEEK IF YOU DEVELOP A PATTERN OF CALLING THEM ABOUT IT.THE BUG PROBLEM IS UNREAL.THEY HAVE BUGS I'VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE.THE BITE YOU AND YOU NEVER SEE THEM COMING OR GOING, SO YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT YOUR WOUNDS.THE APARTMENT I'M IN HAS OPEN HEATING VENTS WHERE THE MICE AND THE BUGS GET IN. |

| Recent Review: | | Generally the apartments are okay.If you overlook the outdated carpet, the windows mad of palastic that had to be installed in 1900.Anything can come through these babies.From the cold wind in the winter to any type of insect in the summer.The mainterance is good and dependable.The property manager sucks.Call only if you want attitude.Lastly, If you don't mind the teenagers smoking weed infront of your building, you'll be fine. |

| Recent Review: | | I MOVE TO THE COMPLEX A LITTLE OVER 4 MONTHS AGO MY CAR WAS RIDDLED WITH BULLETS, THEN A COUPLE OF MONTHS LATER MY TRUCK WAS RIDDLED WITH BULLETS THEN IT WAS STOLEN. NOT ONLY THAT THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING THERE WERE ROACHES EVERYWHERE. DRUGS PEOPLE BEING KILLED RIGHT ON THE PROPERTY SHOOTINGS EVERY NIGHT. TENANTS THAT HAD LIKE TEN PEOPLE TO AN APT. MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE WAS LIKE LIVING IN HELL OR CLOSE TO IT. POOR, POOR MANAGEMENT. THEY GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYBODY THAT COMES INTO THE OFFICE AND ASK FOR IT. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN THAT PLACE IS A NO!NO! DON'T MAKE YOURSELF SUFFER AND END UP PAYING FOR MORE THAN YOU BARGAINED FOR. LIFE IS TO PRECIOUS TO LIVE IN A PLACE LIKE QUINCY MANOR |

| Recent Review: | | the managements sucks, and parking sucks as well. It is two months as of today someone in this complex has been vandalizing the cars (the total of cars are thirty and counting) along with parking near the complex.The management for this complex isn't doing anything to secrue your cars on the lot.The residents tried to place warning regards to the vandalizer however the managent takes down the warning and haven't informed other residents of this problem with this complex residents. The cops in return takes reports, but doesn't follow up with a patrol car to insure residents security of their cars being in the complex lot.You'll have to park far a way from the complex to secure your car windows not being vandalized. |
