 The biggest problem I have is the noisy kids that constantly congregate everywhere.They yell and run up and down the walkways when I'm trying to goto bed which makes it difficult to fall asleep.Supposedly the apartment management sent out notices to people who had kids due to numerous complaints about the noise..To my knowledge, they never followed through with their threat to evict families with disruptive kids because I can still here them.Other issues from speaking with other renters, the management does not fix broken things in a timely matter and they may not even attempt to try to fix them.
