 First and foremost lets address the gas bill problem. Because the complex is over 30 years old, the buildings are NOT set up to bill individual consumption. So in essence you will be paying for everyone else's gas. For the month of April 2004 the gas bill was $204.00 (for a 2 bedroom). This is no lie!!The second issue was the air conditioner in the summer. One would think if it continuous breaks.The third issue is was the maintenance. They move at there own paste because of the way they are being paid in the contract.I would not recormennd Larchdale Woods Apartments
