 I have lived at my residence for a little over 3 years.Nothing exceptional to note about the property.If you're looking for a place to live with cheap rent, then you've found it..but along with the cheap rent comes almost no ammenities.The laundry facility hardly is ever in working condition.. On the plus side, the maintance team is probably the best in Laurel.They are efficient and always come within a few hours of placing a call..on the downside..maintance was a huge issue.Nothing seemed to 'work' all at the same time..if the stove was on..the light didin't work.But like I said..cheap apartments..for decent living
