| Recent Review: | | The biggest problem I have is the noisy kids that constantly congregate everywhere.They yell and run up and down the walkways when I'm trying to goto bed which makes it difficult to fall asleep.Supposedly the apartment management sent out notices to people who had kids due to numerous complaints about the noise..To my knowledge, they never followed through with their threat to evict families with disruptive kids because I can still here them.Other issues from speaking with other renters, the management does not fix broken things in a timely matter and they may not even attempt to try to fix them. |

| Recent Review: | | I am literally counting the days to the end of my lease. Hindsight is indeed 20/20, however I hope that you will benefit from reading this review and NOT repeat my dire mistake in renting at Crestleigh. Do not, I repeat DO NOT be fooled by the well manicured lawns and newly paved parking lots, unless you intend to live out there. Of course, then you'll have to deal with the marijuana-smoking teenagers who love to hang out in the Tot Lots. The conditions of the apartments and treatment by the office staff, including the Management office in Bethesda is abominable. Do not bother to attempt contacting Realty Management in Bethesda, you will be cleverly stonewalled and ignored. One cannot even get a simple email address. | Recent Review: | | Please do not get suckered into believing all the crap that these past reviewers have stated. Fox Rest Woods may have its share of problems, but what place doesn't? These people are so quick to jump down Kyndall's (get the spelling right) throat about everything. People just can't except it when he doesn't allow people to do what they want to do. I have been in the rental office before and seen tenants yelling and screaming about this and that at not only Kyndall but the leasing consultants as well. That type of behavior should not be tolerated and he has every right to put you in your place. You have to give respect to receive it. The office staff is always professional, courteous, and willing ti help out in anyway they can, but just because you're a tenant doesn't give you the right to jump off the handle and act all crazy about anything. So, if you can't handle doing business in a professional manner, then I personally am ecstatic to see people like you pack your bags and leave. The property will be a better place without you. The parking passes were not only an excellent idea, but absolutely necessay as well. Since Kyndall has come around, this property has become one of the better places to live in this area. And as for the woman who made the comment about receiving lower rent because you look good, I seriously doubt that. He is a business man, and if lowering someone's rent means that he has 100% occupany on his property, then that's what he'll do. He's not that type of man, and I have never had any problems like that before and I am an attractive woman as well. Besides he has pictures of his own wife all over his office, so it's not like he's even on the market. It really is ashame when a man cannot be nice to a woman, or even smile at her for one second too long without her thinking she is being hit on.It just goes to show the lack of attention and love in your own personal life. The bottom line is this: If you are not prepared to be a courteous, respectful, reliable, and professional tenant, then please don't apply for residency here, because you will not find anyone in the rental office that will let you walk all over top of them. |

| Recent Review: | | My apartment is very spacious.I love the floor to ceiling windows in every room.It's a highrise, but there's an elevator!!The parking area is well lit and not too far from the building.There are a few things I don't like about living here, though. There is a coin operated mini laundromat on every floor.The maintenance crew is a little slow to come and fix things, replace the garbage bins, it kind of looks like a college dorm on the outside, the carpets are a little old.The local elementary school is a good one.The teachers are top notch! It is centrally located to several essential locations.In short, I would recommend moving here.My overall experience has been a pleasant one. |

| Recent Review: | | Yeah, the rent is low and yeah, the sq. footage is nice, but the gas bill is astronomical! my gas bill averaged $120-140 per month.The gas: #1-is considered as rent- so if your gas payment is late- you will be charged for late rental- and could therefore be evicted. #2- is not individually broken down. your bill is based on what the entire building used. for a single person paying someone else's high bill- this can get expensive. The office staff is really sweet to you when youre looking for an apt, but once they have you, they treat you like dirt. You can hear every footstep above you and late at night you can hear conversations going on in other apartments.There is a terrible fly problem in the foyer of the buildings that main. cant seem to help. The good thing is there isnt a roach problem nor any other bug- except for thes that fly in your apartment when you open your door. And the balcony's are huge. I wouldnt recommend to anyone. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived in Laurel Square for almost 8 years until I moved out last November.6 of those years I worked part-time as a bartender and came home late at night.I was lucky, but people were getting robbed, cars were being broken into and the ATF & DEA raided several apartments. The laundry room door was broke for at least 3 years and there was a homeless man living there or sleeping in the halls.Maintenance was good some times and bad others.Sometimes stuff got fixed immediately and some times it took forever.My lock was acting up and my key sometimes would not work.I took 3 weeks and loads of phone calls, and then finally a nastyletter to get my lock changed. The pipes are old and leaky and on 5 occasions I had leaks that required them to tear up my celing to changes the pips.Once the ceiling over my bath tub was caving in.Another time water leaked from the upstairs apartments pipes--they did change the carpet which had gotten all musty.Another time, the bathroom pipes intomy bedroom mall and all types of harmful mold grew on my wall and in my closet. |

| Recent Review: | | Middletowne is ok. The security needs to be better. However Police live on the property that about it. There is no security other than just secured doors. The lightingin the parking lot needs to be better lit. There is no crime. It is quiet. But I think for a much rent as we pay it should be a gated community. You get space for your buck, and the office staff is nice. The maintanence is on point. Also when you call emergency maintanece they respond quickly. |

| Recent Review: | | Don't try getting your A/C fixed. The HVAC mechanic's solution to that problem is to jack the heat up to 90 degrees to melt the ice and put a new filter in. Well...what about the next time the A/C unit freezes up and then melts all over my carpet?Well, I'll tell you. The water leaks all over the carpet into my walk-in closet and causes mildew all over the carpet and walls. Not only are you walking into a squishy wet carpet, but you also have to smell and inhale mildew. Not exactly healthy!And when you report the incident to the rental office, they will send the same HVAC mechanic out again... |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at my residence for a little over 3 years.Nothing exceptional to note about the property.If you're looking for a place to live with cheap rent, then you've found it..but along with the cheap rent comes almost no ammenities.The laundry facility hardly is ever in working condition.. On the plus side, the maintance team is probably the best in Laurel.They are efficient and always come within a few hours of placing a call..on the downside..maintance was a huge issue.Nothing seemed to 'work' all at the same time..if the stove was on..the light didin't work.But like I said..cheap apartments..for decent living |
