 Not only have I had to have my washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher replaced. Not only have I had to live in 90 degree F temperatures inside my apartment for a month this summer while their maintenance crew tried to figure out what was wrong with the AC unit. Not only does it consistently take a week with repeated phone calls for help to get basic maintenance items completed. Not only is the rent too high to begin with. But on top of all of this, they now are going to raise the rent if we renew it by an additional $50 per month. If anything, they should have lowered the rent!!!!
