 Lived here for 1 year.Overall, I give it a positive rating, but there are definately some negatives worth mentioning.

First, the good...1) QUIET COMMUNITY: I only woke up only once in the middle of the night (because a young couple were having a snowball fight right outside my window). I've also noticed not too many kids live here.2) ROOMY: I got
