Recent Review: We have had our ups and downs with Oxford Square.Mostdue to the constant change in management.The grounds of the property are very well kept.It was asafe area to live.The number one problem was maintenance issues.The maintenance staff was great.But, our HVAC unit never worked well in the winter or summer.Many neighbors had the same problems.The subfloors between each apartment are bad.I suggest a top floor if you are going to live at Oxford.We have just purchased our first home.The managerwe liked the best was Jeanne, but recently resigned.We willnot be living here to see what the next manager is like.
