| Recent Review: | | I moved out not too long ago, i get my 'refund' broken down and well, after putting in a 600 security fee, they give me back like 50 bucks. Why? For one, they need to replace the carpet. I totally understand that. That's fine, BUT here's the kicker, they charged me 250 bucks to paint the walls! WTF - They charge you 250 when you move in and 250 when you move out! Incredible! They walls werent even that bad! Yes, we had some paint on it, but NOTHING 2 coats of paint couldnt cover! They told me when I moved in, that if 2 coats of paint could cover the walls, then it wasnt a problem - now i'm being charged an extra 250.Well, corporate is getting a letter about this and other problems that I had in the past - basically, it comes down to this: The staff is horrible, they are too busy being defensive than fixing things. Windsor villa needs to hire some better management and staff. Spend the money, get better people. |
