 AG II isa newer complex, so that's nice, but there are problems.Hot water heater exploded and my bottom unit flooded.They did have a guy come out a couple times but it took them forever to dry my carpets.Didn't seem to care.

AG I are not very nice so you get a lower income class.Also Morningside, which is right down the street between you and 140 is not very nice either.

There are nicer complexes in Owings Mills.
