  Rate This Apartment 
 This is a good value for your money. You get a good gym and a good pool. But you also get groups of snotty, rude young kids milling around the complex, garbage left everywhere, bad plowing in the winter, people just leave garbage by the dump if its full, and our apartment has flooded three times since we moved in 6 months ago.
