  Rate This Apartment 
 Certain parts of the development is nice while other parts are raggedy. The plowing is awful in the winter and the service people only clear part of the walkways when there's ice and snow. The office staff are very nice with the exception of the leasing manager. Home properties is a great company. It just has incompetent and rude people running the apartment complexes.
