| Recent Review: | | AG II isa newer complex, so that's nice, but there are problems.Hot water heater exploded and my bottom unit flooded.They did have a guy come out a couple times but it took them forever to dry my carpets.Didn't seem to care.AG I are not very nice so you get a lower income class.Also Morningside, which is right down the street between you and 140 is not very nice either.There are nicer complexes in Owings Mills. |

| Recent Review: | | First of all my two vehicles have been keyed twice, the leasing office was no help and only said we could break our lease for 1,800.00, Next my BGE, bill was said to be only 80.00 a month summer/winter, well As soon as June hit my bill turned from 80.00 to 180.00 For no aparent reason... Maintenance tries their best, but there no good, my ac, is always broke, and LEAKING.... THis neighborhood is not safe for any woman or children at all.... I would never recommend anyone to move here, also my rent is 890.00 a month, I should have just bought A house, but I thoughtrenting would be easier,.. Boy was I wrong.... |

| Recent Review: | | I used to live in Richmar Apts for 3 years in all (first two years, in one bedroom, and third year in a two-bedroom apt). I loved the apartments because of the spaces in the apartment. I also felt safe there.The wooden floors were so beautiful and wonderful for my asthma as well.Maintance was excellent that they sent someone immediately when I needed repairs done. |
