 the apartment home itself is very nice but the employees of southview are very difficult to deal with. I move into my home in mar 01, my roof started to leak in the spring of 02, i have called into the maintenance office every time it rains.they have yet come to fix the leak among other things that they havent fixed, there is a pest and rodent problem within the buildings as well.
