 There is an ejector pump for the first floor apartments, it broke and they do not have a back up pump.The toilets, shower and bathtubs overflowed into the entire apartment.The company they hired to clean up did a horrible job; damaging furniture, cutting and seaming carpet, wood should have been replaced that was not.EPA would not be happy.We lost bath rugs, towels, $100.00's in items, plus broken furniture.We found extensive mold, which they bleached along with the carpet in 2 rooms.Heat and air conditionag are weird - 1 room is 70 and another below 50 in the winter.In the summer it is just hot!!Management will fix minor problems, but are difficult to deal with.
