| | | | Review Title: Investigate Thoroughly | | | | | | Reviewer: Anonymous | | | | Review Date: 9/12/04 | | | | | | | Rate This Apartment | | | | | | | When my husband & I moved into Brookhaven Estates a year ago, we were promised so many improvements, landscape, pool, excercise room, and shown pictures on how the apartment buildings and the surrounding area was going to look.Well, in one year, the ownership has changed twice, I have seen NO improvements on the landscape, let alone the buildings!We have mold that comes thru our walls (I have one of the newer remodeled apartments), and the plumbing stinks.My building has actually gone down in the past year.The landscape??Well, I know it's been at least 1 month if not 2 since anyone's cut the grass!There are bushes outside of some the buildings packed w/poison ivy, that have been reported more than once by tenants and nothing's been done.It has just turned into a bad environment that I do not reccomend to anyone now....especially when I found out how much they raised the rent from when we moved in!!For what??Please, please think twice about moving here...it's not worth the money. | | | | |
