 The apartment style and layout are nice,but the Office Manager does not respond to tenants needs. My apartment was rented out with definate damage to ceiling that was not visible,it sounded like my neighbors were walking in my apartment at all times. It took them months to address my problem and when they did they had to drill 50 holes in my ceiling and left all the mess for me to clean up.When they returned to fill hole they spit sunflower seeds all over. I asked to be moved and they told me they did not have a unit available but one of the ladies in the office told me that they did. The parking is horrible I sometimes work late and when I come home I have to park a block or more away from my apartment.Some of the neighbors have conplained of mice infestation but I have only seen one and I have not seen it again,but I di see a lot of small red ants that I can not seem to get rid of.
