 Two different apartments in 3 years, here in Owings Manor. Moved due to drug dealings openly over on Brookebury Drive...moved 2 blocks away to another apartment and would you guess, same thing here. If you enjoy living among drug dealers, low grades, welfare recipients and the like this is the place for you.
