| Overall, the apartment community is okay.I haven't had any major problems since moving into the community less than a year ago.I have had several maintenance issues within my apartment and the maintenance team was quick to resolve them.However, I do have a 15 pound dog and several maintenance crew members refused to enter my apartment if he wasn't secured in another room. Some of the neighborhood children are a bit unruly.The use profound language and walk in the middle of the roads in the community.Many of them play sports together, typically resulting in surrounding cars being hit by footballs, baseballs, etc.Not great. Recently (5/2003), tenants automobiles have been vandalized repeatedly (all within the same area/location).Tires have been slashed, cars have been broken into, etc.Although we have security that patrols the community after hours, not too much is being done to prevent this by the management office. |
