Recent Review: The Chartleytowne apartments aren't too bad in retrospect.They currently in the process of upgrading all the apartments but they do have a long way to go.The largest problem is with their maintenance.Maintenance crews are employed by Morgan Properties who have a reputation for unreliability.I waited 3 months to see a maintenance tech after moving into my apt. for problems that were listed on my move in survey.I have had to call maintenance for a couple emergencies as well and had to wait as much as 2 hours for an emergency such as flooding of my apt.This is outrageous and a letter to Corporate was written.In fact that's the only reason I seen maintenance in the first place.As I said, maintenance with any Morgan Properties property is far from acceptable.Maybe they should pay them more, and they might actually get some help in there.I don't know how they plan to upgrade their apt's when they can't even maintain the current ones they have.I suppose it's all my fault though.I should have know that things would not change going from one Morgan Properties community to another.I would not recommend this community or any other Morgan Properties community if you aren't willing to perform your own maintenance or live with a broken apt.
