| | | | Review Title: Too Expensive | | | | | | Reviewer: Anonymous | | | | Review Date: 2/11/05 | | | | | | | Rate This Apartment | | | | | | | although all apartment complexes in this area are overly priced this one takes the cake.it is a 1075 sq. ft. 2 bedroom which means small) with 9 ft. ceilings , crown molding in the living room, a gas fireplace and a good-size balcony and two bathrooms each with garden tubs BUT the "master" bedroom has no cable/internet access,the 2 large walk-in closet are angled making it difficult to store anything AND no utilities are included in the monthly $1750 rent.i expected to pay the electric bill, but i have never lived in an apartment where i had to pay for the water and gas, too, esp. for this high rent.also, there is no parking garage, just several aprking lots that do NOT have assigned parking.not even one assigned spot for $1700 rent.it is first come, first served and after 6 p.m. i have to park 3 lots down from my building.the fitness center is only open until midnight and the billiards table is in the reception center and closes at 6 p.m. when the leasing office closes.it is in a good location with a grocery store, 2 banks, several restaurants, a hospital and a campus of the university of maryland across the 2 sidestreets.not enough for the high rent. | | | | |
