You won't get what you pay for. Apartment management is very rude, they don't take care of things and treat you like dirt. Utilities are very expansive, rent include only hot water and your heat bill will increase your rent sky high. The heat bill has no connection with weather, or your uses. The higher the temp outside, higher your bill ( I am not kidding...). They never itemize the bill that what portion in the base and what is your consumption. Every year the rent increases by 8-10%. In 4 years people's rent increased by over 25%. Where else in the country you will see this kind of rent increase. If you are in first or second floor, good luck with your sleep. You can hear very loud cracking noise of the floor above you, when people are just walking. Even though I live here 5+ year, the carpet is not replaced even though when I got the apt, it was old carpet. Its so bad that you can feel the nail when you walk. 1 year of complaint and nothing happened. Best part, if you complaint a lot, you will hear, | | | | |
