| Recent Review: | | This is actually a nice place to live. For those of you who think like me... about bugs... the only bugs I had were spiders, ants, and I have spotted only 5 silverfish in an almost 1 year period. I live on the ground level floor, face the woods and close to the swimming pool. Any bug problems were taken care of very quickly! |

| Recent Review: | | It is a very nice complex.Each unit has it's own private entrance and the units are single level, so you don't have to hear your neighbors above and below.They have w/d hookups in each apartment. |

| Recent Review: | | Well, I loved the setup, the big windows and the wooded area.Parking was okay.Snow Removal was great.The apartment was very quiet, but I think I didn't have anyone living below me the whole year I was there (I was on the 3rd floor).But there was something alive up in the attic.You could hear it scratching and it drove my cats (and me) crazy.Once they turn the heat or AC on, its great, but you have to wait for them to switch it over to heat or AC, which can make for a very hot or cold couple of days.Maintenance was okay, although they didn't always fix the problem, they atleast tried.Oh.One more thing, I didn't really have a roach infestation, but in the year I lived there, I found a total of 5 roaches.Gross, but it could be worse. |
