 you'll need a lot of time for me to tell you how horrible this place is.i lived here for two years.i had my car window smashed, there are roaches everywhere, i had a leaky ceiling in my bathroom, a clogged sink, paper thin walls so i could hear every word of my neighbor's loud phone conversations, music, and violent arguments.but besides all of this, the worst part was management.they lost paperwork of who was living in my apartment.they turned my account over to a creditor 10 days after i moved out (yes just 10 days).i get a letter from this lawyer telling me i owe $400.i called management to see about this and woops!they forgot about the last check i wrote them?what??then i had to get my credit cleared up... but that's not all!they owed me money for my security deposit and it took at least 20 phone calls and SIX MONTHS for me to get my money back.every week they would say it's coming in the mail but it never came.these people do not know how to do their job.oh yeah, and residents leave bags of trash all over the complex and there's nasty stray cats.im sure i could think of more stuff but i think you get the picture.
