 I lived there for about 2 years and it was awful, I was counting down the days until I moved away from there. When I moved in the apartment was infested with roaches and the building took their sweet time in solving this problem, then there was the air conditionar... during a horrid heat wave they kept the air conditioning off until the tenets threatened to go to Fox news with the story. There is also the issue of privacy, you have none. The walls are so thin that I could hear the woman in the apartment next to me having a conversation on the phone and vice versa. Trust me, if you are moving into the Silver Spring area choose another apartment building, or buy a home.
