 Constant improvements visually to a beuatifully maintained building. Enviroment is well maintained. My neighbors range from single men and women to families, to include extended family members in other apartments. Sun deck has recently been added and both Foyers have undergone or undergoing tranformation, into a luxurious sitting area. The management team here has been awesome, when ever a problem arises it is fixed rapidly. Parking is an extra fee from an outside vendor. Metrorail (red line) is only 2 blocks away. Shopping, movies, restaurants all are close, within walking distance.
