 This place has become a real mess.My bathroom has flooded numerous times, i have even had water coming out of my light in the ceiling.They just come and patched the pipes instead of fixing the problem.The drywall has been cut, taped, and just thrown back in.It has so much black mold and it stinks soooooo bad.I could not move out fast enough.They gave us a break on the rent increase, but I would have rather paid more and had a mold free apartment.The grounds crew is good, but they can only do so much due to the management staff.
