						Recent Review: This is very nice living. Less expensive than other comparable apartments in Silver Spring, use the extra money to splurge on an executive 1 bedroom if you can. The space difference is huge.The building is kept impeccably, the community (yes, its an actual community) is very friendly and warm ( a change from the fast urban pace).And location, location, location. If you have a car, you will need to pay monthly for a parking space, but it's really convenient, and quite safe in the lot.There is 24 hour security, which is really nice. I highly reccomend it!

						Recent Review: Ah, where shall I begin?I have only lived here for 4 months and it's really not comfortable.There are tons of roaches, loud neighbors, idiots in the managers office (Im specifically talking about Marlene Barillas, NEVER believe anything she says).I would not recommend this place.
