 This deteriorating property is one of the worst I've lived in yet.Don't let its quiet charm fool you.The apartments are not maintained, and when repairs are made, they are substandard.Problems with bugs and other vermin are escalating.Management is only concerned with timely rent collection.The current mananger is neither friendly, accomodating, cooperative nor competent in the execution of her duties.
