| Recent Review: | | I have been at tenant at Ashton Heights for a little under two years!!! In my time there, I was truly digusted with the level of service.The stairwells streak of urine.No matter what you do, roaches are immuned.The size of the apartments are large, but the headaches outweigh the roominess.Both my boyfriend and my car has been vandalized once.His car has been broken into three times!!!! Ashton Heights advertise a secure building, but the security is mediocre at best.They spend more time in the tenant's units then patrolling the building.The building is now under new management.They have quickly begun to attack the outside of the building.New pavements, gates, landscaping and paint.From the outside one would think the building was classy; NOT!!!! Can you say ghetto?!They are many low-income people who resides in this buildign.Unfortunately, many do not put too much care in their dwelling.Trash everywhere!There have been many robberies and assaults in this building.I will not recommend this building to a dog; let alone a person.You can do much better. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments are old and outdated. I have big ugly metal cabinets. A serious roach problem. The structure is weak and you can hear you next door neighbors conversations as if you were sitting with them. This place is DEFINITELY not worth the money. I got in on a special so I'm some what satisfied. However, I can't WAIT until my lease is up. |

| Recent Review: | | Worstrental experience I have ever had, poor management/maintenace (it took PG housing authorities to come into my home for plumming repairs to be completed which was called 3 months prior) . Roach&rat infested. Property Manager, Priscilla is a straight B**** ON A SLOW BUS....I don't recommend this community to any one, especially families with children.It may be helpful financially, but it's not a stable environment internal & external. |

| Recent Review: | | WHY DOES THE MANAGEMENT THINK BY CHANGING THE NAME THEY CAN FOOL PEOPLE - WHETHER CANTERBURY OR REGENCY COURT THIS PLACE IS HELL ON EARTH...THEY EVEN SUE YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO RUN FOR YOUR LIFE - I COULDNT KEEP ON LIVING THERE WITH BULLETS FLYING AND WHEN I LEFT AT THE END OF THE LEASE THEY CHARGED ME FOR NOT GIVING THEM 60 DAYS NOTICE EVEN THOUGH THEIR RENTAL OFFICE IS OPEN FOR ONLY 30 MINUTES TWICE A WEEK...IF YOU THINK AM KIDDING, EXPERIENCE WILL TEACH YOU THAT THE JOKE IS ON YOU - THIS PLACE IS WORSE THAN ALCATRAZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | So far I've had a wonderful time living in this community, the grounds are allways well kept, and management is almonst always doing something to ensure that its residents are happy. I've had no problems with this community thus far. I think its a wonderful commuity. The playground is well kept, and has a lock to keep unwanted people out at night. I love it here. |

| Recent Review: | | I have been living in Whitehall Square for 2 yrs now and will not recommend no one to live there. When I first moved in they messed up my moving date and rent. So they had to move into an apt. for 1 month. I finally moved into the apt. that was meant for me and now its like living in hell.Don't ever get a bottom floor apt. in Whitehall Square.I have problems with mice, crickets, and god knows whatever bug needs a place to stay. Also , my neighbor on top of me have flooded me out 3 times plus all the leaks from the building comes straight down to me. My neighbor on top of me is older and falls to sleep and leaves the water running she needs assisted living or something. i have complained numerous times. Thats why my carpet is so messed up in the hallway and they won't replace it. Don't move into Whitehall square. |
