 I lived in Brinkley House for about three years and just recently moved out. I moved out because my mother was robbed right in the parking lot. She felt unsafe and we felt that it was time for a change. I agree with the parking. I never parked at a decent spot after arriving anytime after 8 pm. The rate is good and all utilities are included, there are no bugs and has a washer maching and dryer, a great plus!!!!
