 I've been a resident about 3 years.Price is right and it is close to work.Paid utilities a big plus also.The only problem I have is they don't turn on the air conditioning until your roasting.I have been very uncomfortable several years running because they are slow.Also apt has some major cracks in the walls.They have fixed several times but it just cracks again.They tell me it is just age and the building is sagging.The other reviews are right about parking as well.
