Why? I have lived infrajacent/below the most rudest, nastiest of tenants who loved to play their stereo until dawn on weekends, played their television extremely loud at 4 a.m., and have no carpet on the floors to stomp, pound, and drop things from 5 a.m. until they decide to "retire" at 8 p.m. (just to start again...)! Management has been slow to act on the problem...did I mention I'm still waiting for a resolution? Management here has been changed 3x and maintenance is the sorriest ever. My bathroom sink continues to clog and the only thing they do is "blow air" down the drain; just for it to clog hours later...maintenance here could be better. I was fortunate not to have a "bug" problem, but they are around the property. Oh! One more thing, I forgot to mention the unemployed, black young men who stand around aimlessly in front of the property drug dealing, sitting of crates across from the main entrance behind the bowling alley, or sitting in their cars w/ the windows up and the stench of pot smoke and loud music emanating from the inside of their cars. Let me not forget to add the many robberies, occasional sexual assaults, or shootings from nowhere late at night! Management like to keep that silent...you only findthese things out from decent neighbors. The property, itself, is ok, but it's the "class" of people who make it a "not-so-nice" place to call home-- | | | | |
