| Recent Review: | | I lived in Brinkley House for about three years and just recently moved out. I moved out because my mother was robbed right in the parking lot. She felt unsafe and we felt that it was time for a change. I agree with the parking. I never parked at a decent spot after arriving anytime after 8 pm. The rate is good and all utilities are included, there are no bugs and has a washer maching and dryer, a great plus!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | A rat and roach infested ghetto.Full of section 8 scum, who wait for you to go to work so they can break into your home.Rude leasing staff.Loitering, loud teenagers and kids, especially now that school is out.Weird laundromat that only accepts credit cards.Parking is a total nightmare.Numerous thefts.Some kid just got hit by a car in the parking lot recently.Someone took a dump in the stairwell recently.Do I need to go on? |

| Recent Review: | | I have almost lived here a year and my living experience is sheer hell! Why? I have lived infrajacent/below the most rudest, nastiest of tenants who loved to play their stereo until dawn on weekends, played their television extremely loud at 4 a.m., and have no carpet on the floors to stomp, pound, and drop things from 5 a.m. until they decide to "retire" at 8 p.m. (just to start again...)! Management has been slow to act on the problem...did I mention I'm still waiting for a resolution? Management here has been changed 3x and maintenance is the sorriest ever. My bathroom sink continues to mysteriously clog (all the Drano and bleach use in the world doesn't work!) and the only thing they do is "blow air" down the drain; just for it clog hours later...maintenance here could be better. Hope you have plenty of money for you gas bill because this place is poorly insulated! I was fortunate not to have a "bug" problem, but they are around the property. Oh! One more thing, I forgot to mention the unemployed, [black] young men who stand around aimlessly in front of the property who drug deal or sit in their cars w/ the windows up with the stench of pot smoke and loud music emanating from the inside of their cars. The property, itself, is ok, but it's the "class" of people who make it a "not-so-nice" place to call home-- |
