 Besides the fact that almost every street light in the development is burnt out, the colony may not be soo bad.It is VERY hard to get things to be fixed. Parking is BAD. It is very hard to have visitors over because they either have to park on the street and walk up the hill, or search for un numbered spots. There arent many at all. Overall the apartment size is good, but my experience has been below average.
