 Substandard living conditions.Walls, carpeting, handrails, appliances, windows,and above all bathrooms in very poor conditions.Their way of fixing up an apartment for new renters is to paint over pitted walls.They don't patch holes or spackle pits in the walls before painting.Appliances are outdated and well used.Half the wall sockets don't work.Handrails are loose, windows are in poor shape, and the bathrooms are outdated and falling apart.And the mice infestation is horrible.We live with a colony of mice which defecate on the kitchen counters and throughout the apartment daily and the extermintator has been here twice in the last 2 weeks.
