 I moved into Dulaney Valley Apartments two years ago while they were renovating. For the past two years, it has been a plesant & upscale place to live. This summer, Goucher College placed hundereds of their students in apartments. The apartment complex has since gone downhill. As a professional , I cannot deal with latenight parties, drunk students vandalizing cars/property and so on. I would not recomond this apartment complex who is not a wild student
