 These apartments are on the edge of town.They were built in 1988 so they are relatively new.The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful pretty much 24 hours a day.I think the walls are well insulated because I never heard my neighbors once, or maybe I just had quiet neighbors.You can rent on a monthly basis if you want, which is probably why it seemed like my neighbors were constantly changing.There are a lot of younger children in the area and it is a very safe neighborhood.The staff is very nice.They know me by name and have free activities fairly often.Maintenence crew respond to problems fairly quickly.Your lease gives you access to a nice pool, a small 24hr fitness room, and tennis courts.The lease does not include any utilities.You have to pay for electricity and water/sewer.As of 2004, a one bedroom apt is $878/month + utilities.You do get a side by side washer/dryer contained in their own room, which is very welcome.Lease also includes a security system in each apartment (not that you need it).
