						Recent Review: It happens to be the worst living experience of all times! The landlord sucks and walks in your house when ever he feels like it! I house is cold because there is No inslation! ITS A Piece of SHIT!! PARKING SUCKS! YOU NAME IT, IT SUCKS!!! its like prison! You don't get shit for 360 a month its a rip off!!!!!

						Recent Review: This is a great apartment for those looking for housing near Grand Valley. The rent is reasonable for a four person occupancy. Dan, the landlord, is really nice. I would definitly recommend to GVSU students!
