| I have mixed feelings about 306 Packard.I have hardwood floors and exposed brick walls, but I pay nearly $900/month,the parking is horrible, and they pay for the heat, so it's freezing in the winter (not cool when it goes down to 3 F at night). The management company also pressures you to renew your lease as soon as 2 months after you move in.If you don't renew right away, they call you regularly and start giving tours of your apartment as early as 4 months after you've moved in. The neighbors get a little rowdy during the summer and early fall and the building isn't particularly secure. You HAVE to trust your neighbors (which, for the most part you can). |
