 First-The apartments are nice enough. Pretty well maintained with free trash, water and heat. Only one wall unit A/C which sucks-that is you can't cool down but the one room even with fans. It's in a safe neighborhood close to campus. So I was told and believed it until my wifes' car was stolen from the complex! And management, did nothing. Ohh... So sorry! That's it. I put up flyers to warn others of suspicious people hanging around and of the incident. All gone the next day. All 20. They do not care. I am moving out, breaking my lease to get out of this dunghole. Ann Arbor is nice but do not live here. Need central air as well. Cheap amenities throughout.
