then it changed and now they suck.they have enacted all these new charges, and in this area you should not have to pay for water, gas, waste water, trash removal fee if you're renting an apartment.they have not even told their current tenants - and now its way too late for medical students who are starting rotations in july or leaving the country to work abroad for the summer.they kept telling me that they are not a student community so effectively they don't have to cater to us - however they have a study lounge, which i'm sure young professionals on the move may use - but my guess is they're trying to cater to students in some ways but rip money out of us in others.

i know island drive apartments down the street aren't much better, but they are cheaper and don't charge for these extra utilities, as med students i think you should defenitely look into those apartments.
