| Recent Review: | | I'm writing this review because I think that negative reviewers tend to be the only people to take the time to post.I am renting an apartment here and I am more than satisfied.The staff is extremely nice and does remember my name.The maintenance people are very polite and thorough.My neighbor has a baby and I have never once heard it cry--that's how good the insulation is.I would say that these apartments are extra quiet.These apartments are very spacious, with tons of storage space. It's wonderful to have a full-size washer and dryer. The pool area is lovely.I haven't tried to use the hot tub, so I can't speak to that problem.Most importantly, I feel very safe here, with the locked outside entry doors.I really don't have any complaints.After living here a while, I can say that it is nicer than I expected. |

| Recent Review: | | My friend and I decided we wanted to live at Village Green because they offered us a great move in special and we really liked the floorplans.BUT as soon as we signed the paperwork and paid our money, we were told about so many other fees and restrictions.We requested certain amenities in our apartment.And Shannon, the leasing agent, acted as though it was such an inconvenience to find us exactly the apartment we wanted.Shannon is one of the slimiest, decieptive, lying bitches I have ever met.Trust me....do not live here.First, it's so far from anything....and there are lots of nicer places in Ann Arbor for cheaper.Try Briar Cove or Lake Village.I dont work for either, but they had superior apartments (that are closer to civilization!) and offers, AND their leasing agents were extrememly nice. |

| Recent Review: | | APARTMENTS BUILT IN THE 1970'S LOOK DECENT OUTSIDE BUT HAVEN'T BEEN TOUCHED INSIDE IN 30 YEARS. MAINTENANCE IS MINIMAL . GAS AND ELECTRIC COST MORE HERE THAN THE 2800 SQ. FT. HOME I MOVED FROM.CHEAP ALUMINUM WINDOWS LEAK LOTS OF AIR, ARE DIRTY. HAVE TO CLEAN THEM OUTSIDE YOURSELF. WALLS SO THIN YOU CAN HEAR CONVERSATIONS NEXT DOOR IN TOWNHOUSES.EXPECT $300 A MONTH OR MORE IN WINTER TO KEEP HEAT INSIDE AT 68 DEGREES. |

| Recent Review: | | This place totally sucks.Number one...they try to rip you off.I was late by afew days on rent and the charged me a court filing fee of $200. BUT...guess what...I contacted the court and found out nothing was filed.NOTHING. They stole $200 in a lie!!!!.Plus the staff here sucks.The manager is a mean old B#$%@.And dont walk in the grass around here.Youre bound to step in some dog crap every few feet.If you are looking at this place then I suggest you change your mind FAST.Plus the rent is too high.You can stay at a better place at a lower price.Parking...well get here in the morning to park your car cause you will not findspot at night.AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!You were warned. |

| Recent Review: | | To me, it doesn't matter what amenities a place has; if the neighbors insist on blasting their music, and if 7 calls to the office and one to the police to complain don't cause it to stop, then the complex isn't worth a second thought. This complex does have a consideration clause in the resident handbook, but the office staff person I spoke to claimed not to know about it, and they refuse to enforce it. If you want to live next door to 20 year olds who blast music, I'm sure you can find something much cheaper than this place. |
