| Recent Review: |  | Apartments old, and very used.Lots of damage.Manager not quick with repairs, notified mgr upon moving in June needed new a/c..didn't get until Oct.Parking lot always covered with ice and snow in winter.Heat had to be fixed 4 times.Hot water out many times.Moved in with broken appliances.Not even worth the money. |

| Recent Review: |  | We are a family living in Bloomfield Villas, Auburn hills at 2889, Tall Oaks CT, Apt 21. We just moved in recently on 29th April 2005 and we feel that we really made a big mistake by choosing and moving into this apt.From the Day1 we have been having issues. The Kitchen cabinets were very nasty, uncleaned and the bathrooms are worser than nasty and filthy. The dirt on the bathroom floors still stick to the legs when walking. The shower faucets and doors have rust, the bathroom tub was black in color, the windows and balcony sliding doors had dirt stuck to them, certainly not cleaned, the exhaust fans in bathrooms sound so noisy that if someone uses them at night, Iam sure people will get scared hearing that noise.With all these problems, we complain every day to the front desk and to the resident manager and have got no response. Even after calling them 20 times a day or leave voice messages they never return the call. When we ask at the leasing office, they say that it is not part of their job, then I don't understand whose responsibility is it and what are they paid for ? We were asked to clean it ourselves, what kind of frustrating maintenance is this?Finally one day Greg, some manager shows up with a cleaning person and they cleaned up the bathrooms and windows. Greg was very polite and he said he will follow-up the remaining problems with the Resident manager. But, surprise!!! guess what? NO RESPONSE AGAIN. The cleaning person said that the rest is not his responsibility and asked us to contact office again as a maintenance problem and not his. Don't you think this is ridiculous? The maintenance people say that it is not their responsibility and the cleaning (external company) ppl say that it is not their responsibility.Even the resident manager is so irresponsible. She never takes calls, or returns resident's calls. Always we get a response that she is on vacation. Is this really true ? Our previous Apts had the best response for any problem, and on time. This Apts is totally opposite and unhygenic. We are tired of complaining and can't do anything bcoz we have signed the lease.. unfortunately. |
