 The location is great, between downtown and campus.Big older home, with a nice yard.Repairmen were pretty fast when I called with a problem.Big Rapids has a cool older part of town where most of us college students live some houses are over 100 years old.Some creaks and squeaks of an older home but everything works like it should.Sue,the manager, always had time for me to answer my questions.
